Gregory Rouw
DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Greg Rouw is a native of Long Island, New York. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, graduating with a degree of Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. Dr. Greg then completed a surgical residency at Riverside Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to moving to St. Cloud in 2008, he was in private practice in Fergus Falls, MN for 16 years.
Dr. Greg Rouw is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Rouw is a member of the Minnesota and American Podiatric Medical Associations and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Rouw also volunteers as a National U.S. Figure Skating judge in singles, pairs and ice dance and is a past member of the United States Figure Skating Sports Medicine and Sciences Committee and a current member of the judges Committee.
Dr. Greg Rouw provides specialized care for people with foot and ankle disorders with special interests in foot surgery, diabetic wound care, diabetic and arthritis footwear, orthotics, sports medicine, pediatric foot disorders and nail disorders.
Dr. Rouw lives in St. Cloud with his wife. He enjoys biking, home improvement, cross country skiing and spending time with his two grown sons.
Karenthea Rouw

Dr. Karen Rouw is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended podiatry school at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine at Temple University and graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1990. Dr. Karen Rouw then completed a surgical residency at the Philadelphia Osteopathic Medical Center. Dr. Karen Rouw practiced for 16 years in Fergus Falls, Minnesota before moving to Saint Cloud in 2008.
Dr. Karen Rouw is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine as well as by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Rouw is a member of the Minnesota and American Podiatric Medical Associations and a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Orthopedics and Medicine.
Dr. Karen Rouw believes in spending the time needed with her patients to fully evaluate their concerns and determine the best plan of treatment for each patient. She provides specialized care for people with foot and ankle disorders with special interests in foot surgery, diabetic wound care, diabetic and arthritis footwear, orthotics, sports medicine, pediatric foot disorders and nail disorders.
Dr. Rouw lives in St. Cloud and enjoys spending time with her two grown sons and husband. She enjoys traveling, taking long walks with her dog and studying world languages.
Yara Tinawi
DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Yara Tinawi was born and raised in Damascus, Syria. She later moved to the United States in 2009 where she completed her high school education and graduated as valedictorian of her class. She pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree with honors in biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She attended Kent State University School of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio, graduating at the top of her class with a degree of Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2020. Dr. Tinawi then completed her surgical residency at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan.
Dr. Tinawi is a member of the Minnesota and American Podiatric Medical Associations as well as an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Tinawi is passionate about podiatry and is eager to help her patients. She provides specialized podiatric medical care for people with foot and ankle disorders ranging from diabetic foot and wound care, nail disorders, bunions, and orthotics to sports medicine, reconstructive surgery, and heel and ankle pain.
Dr. Tinawi is fluent in both English and Arabic. She is an avid traveler having traveled to over 10 countries and plans to keep her list growing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, game and movie nights, and spending quality time with family and friends.
